Grief And Loss Counselling

Grief is one of the most profound human experiences, yet it's often misunderstood by those around us. Whether you're mourning the loss of someone dear, a relationship that's ended, a job that defined you, or dreams that didn't unfold as expected, your grief is valid and deserves compassionate support.

Understanding your Grief

Grief can show up as sadness, anger, numbness, anxiety, or even relief. You might have good days followed by devastating ones. You might feel guilty for having a good day or worried you're not grieving "properly." All of these experiences are normal parts of the grief journey.

How Counselling can Help

Provide a safe, understanding space where you can express your grief without judgment or pressure to "feel better." Together, we'll honour your loss whilst gently exploring ways to carry your grief alongside renewed meaning and connection in your life.

I would like to acknowledge the land on which I reside and work is the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri and Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation and I pay my respects to elders past, present and future. I also acknowledge that their cultural and spiritual connection to land is still as important to the Wurundjeri and Bunurong people today.
